Our warranty policy is also second to none. One year on all system
hardware. If your system included onsite configuration, we will also perform
onsite service as well. Otherwise, a one year warranty applies but servicing
is done on a carry-in basis. Please note: as with any other vendor,
software failure due to end-user errors is not covered. However,
we can still try to provide you with some direction to resolve the issues
at hand.
